Our Policy: Returns are easy and for most returns there's no need to contact us. You may return the product within 7 days of receiving it if it is defective, damaged or not what was described or pictured on the Alberta Artists' web site (we'll even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error). Note: all returned products must be in their original packaged condition Items that are returned more than 7 days after customer delivery, or are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion. Refunds: We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
